Main distribution frame 91 M The frame model of choice, 1200 pairs, based on 10-pair LSA PROFIL modules on both the system and the line sides. | q | Modular, space-saving design | | q | Optimum adaptation to available space | | q | Short assembly time since the rack is pre-assembled | When required, the frame can also be equipped with back-mount frames for LSA-PLUS or MDF 71 components (mounting dimension: 290/210mm). In this frame model the modules on both the line and system sides are arranged vertically above each other on one profile frame. This layout makes jumpering possible within the same vertical. The standard frame comes with a 250mm space between verticals; it is basically available as a 2-vertical frame for vertical mounting of the components. MDF 91 M frames consist of powder-coated (colour: grey; RAL 7032) steel sections; the profile frames are made of stainless steel. All the components of the frame and the profile frames, as well as all frame accessories, are connected to a common earth potential. Connection points for an FPE cable (min. cross-section: 50mm 2 copper) to the earthing conductor are accessible at the top and bottom of the jumper bar of the frame. The total maximum connection capacity per distribution frame of the preferred variant is 1200 pairs (2 x 600 pairs) for the system and line sides. The following overview contains other rack sizes and their capacity figures. Distribution frames can be combined to form banks of any length. Note, however, that the total jumpering capacity of the horizontal jumper guides is around 4000 pairs (jumper diameter: 0.9mm). The MDF 91 M can be configured for the following design variants: | q | Wall-floor frame (standing distribution frame, secured to the wall) | | q | Standing distribution frame, single-sided (free-standing distribution frame, secured to the ceiling) | | q | Standing distribution frame, double-sided (free-standing distribution frame, secured to the ceiling, with frames bolted back to back). | | MDF 91 M with profile frame (d = 46mm), equipped |
